Dr. Rick Hinson graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. His professional interests include orthopedics, exotics, and raptor medicine. In his spare time Dr. Rick enjoys mountain biking, weight lifting, and is currently starting a family farm to raise sheep and goats.



Dr. Kris Novinger graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. Her professional interests include oncology, feline medicine, endocrinology, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery. In her spare time she likes to work in her garden, exercise, do home improvement projects, cook, and surf the internet. She is married to Dr. Stewart Novinger.



Dr. Stewart Novinger graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. His professional interests include cytology, pharmacology, and soft tissue surgery. When not practicing veterinary medicine he likes to read, exercise, practice guitar, and cook. He is married to Dr. Kris Novinger.



Dr. William Robinson graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1963. He served in the United States Air Force from 1963 to 1969 as a member of the Veterinary Corps. Dr. Robinson retired from the military as a Captain and joined his uncle in practice at Oak Ridge Veterinary Hospital. His professional interests include orthopedics and ear cropping. Dr. Robinson was voted Best Veterinarian in Anderson County in 2004 and 2007. Dr. Robinson enjoys hunting, traveling, and spending time with his three grandchildren.



Dr. Maria Fleming is the newest addition to our practice and comes to us from Grand Rapids, Michigan. She graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. Her professional interests include exotics, orthopedics, soft tissue surgery, and animal nutrition. When not practicing veterinary medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Marc, and her three children, Anthony (5), Luca (3), and Sofia (3).
